Bettina Johnson offers First Class Mail® for deliveries within the United States and for International deliveries First-Class Mail® International.

Shipping instructions: please select what type of Shipping you like to use for your item, should you have additional items selected to your cart, you want to choose the option "$0.50 additional item".

* Orders under $80 are shipped via USPS First Class which generally takes 5-7 days arrival time once shipped.
* Orders over $80 or more are delivered via USPS Insured Priority Mail which typically takes 2-4 days arrival time once shipped.
* Orders for International will be delivered per First-Class Mail® International which can take 1-2 weeks arrival time once shipped

Pick up orders can be picked up from Mo.-Fr. 8:00am to 9:00pm, weekends only per request. Payments need to be confirmed before items can be picked up. Only cash and Paypal payments are eligible, payments with Personal checks are NOT available for pick up.

Express Shipping

If you wish to receive your order quicker you can elect to upgrade your First Class Mail to a quicker shipping method by selecting a different shipping method in the shipping section.

* USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) - typically runs $5.50 to $7.50
* USPS Express Mail (1-2 days guaranteed) - typically runs $17.00 - $25.00.

Rates depend on the weight and size of the package. By choosing the Rush Shipping Option we will expedite your order with a Rush status. Please note your order amount will not reflect these additional charges on the shopping cart. You will receive a follow up personal email confirmation reflecting the added shipping fee.

For your convenience Bettina Johnson accepts VISA and MasterCard through Paypal- your safest way to buy online.

Should you prefer to order using a check or money order, you may email your order to ----- and ask to make arrangements for payment or call us at 1-402-541-2721. Your order will be shipped after your check has been received and cleared.

Sales Tax Deliveries within the State of Nebraska will be charged 7.0% sales tax. If the city in which you live has a different tax rate we will adjust your order to reflect the sales tax for your region.

Payment should be made in a reasonable amount of time no longer than 3 days. If for any reason you need an extension to pay please convo me. Also please make sure the money order is sent with in the 3 day period.

Please note : You must contact us via convo BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.

You will receive a address after you placed a order.

RETURN POLICY - If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid for by check or money order are NOT returnable unless you have means of receiving the refund electronically.
